Meeting of the working group on draft normative legal acts in the field of economics, finance and information (digital) technologies
On August 15th, 2019, a meeting of the working group of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal affairs was held under the leadership of First Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainur Galimov. During the meeting, the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan» and the draft federal law «On amendments to the articles 54.5 and 67 of the Federal Law «On contract System in the area of procurement of goods, work, and services to Ensure State and Municipal needs».
The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of state bodies and local self-government bodies.
During the discussion of the draft legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan «On amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan», it was decided to on the further development of the concept of the draft legislation.
The need to refine the rationale for adoption, including on the basis of analytical materials and statistical data was pointed in the part of the draft federal law «On amendments to articles 545 and 67 of the Federal Law «On contract system in the sphere of procurement of goods, work, and services to ensure state and municipal needs».
