Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interagency Legal Coordination Committee

On August 28th, 2019, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Legal Coordination Committee was held at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin.

The expert council reviewed and approved the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:

1. "On Amendments to Articles 3 and 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Register of Municipal Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan)
2. "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Archival Affairs in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the State Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on Archival Affairs);
3. "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On vesting local authorities of municipalities and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan with state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to exercise state control (supervision) in the field of shared construction of multi-apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects, as well as the activities of housing construction cooperatives related to the construction of multi-apartment buildings" (developed by the Inspection of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan);
4. "On setting the value of the subsistence minimum of a pensioner in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020 to determine the size of the federal social supplement to pension" (developed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan);
5. "On the approval of financial support standards for state guarantees for the implementation of the rights to publicly and free pre-school education in municipal educational institutions implementing pre-school education programs in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020" (developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan);
6. "On the approval of financial support standards for state guarantees for the implementation of the rights to receive publicly available and free primary, basic, secondary, and general education, as well as additional education in general educational institutions and professional educational organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2020" (developed by the Ministry of Education and science of the Republic of Tatarstan);
7. "On amendments certain legislative acts of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan).
