Working visit of an official of the Ministry to the Sabinsky district
On September 17th, 2019, a verification of the implementation of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan by local self-government bodies of the Sabinsky municipal district on collecting information needed for the maintenance of the registry of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan from the settlements belonging to municipal district was provided by Leading Consultant of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Husbutdinov I.D.
Actual issues of responsible person of district and settler levels local self-government interaction were addressed in the verification process. Organization of collecting information from the settlements including municipal legislation and regulations and additional information about them in Sabinsky district is researched.
Important legal and consultative aid was assisted to the responsible officials within the verification. Recommendation concerning the registry of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic were given.
