Meeting on post sending to the Magistrates
On September 23th, 2019, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina took part in the meeting on working of post sending after the launching of the Forth appeal court of general jurisdiction and Sixth court of cassation of general jurisdiction, which was held in the Office of Justice Department of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Leadership of the Office, representatives of Vakhitovsky and Kirovsky courts in the Kazan and of Chistopolsky district courts of the Republic took part in the meeting.
On October 1st, 2019, Sixth court of cassation of general jurisdiction will start working. Nine subjects of the Privolzhsky Federal District including Tatarstan are within the jurisdiction of the court, so Magistrates’ cases challenged in cassation will be sent to the Samara court.
