Seminar-meeting for the staff of legal services of the local self-government bodies
On September 25th, 2019, a seminar-meeting on the topic «Practice in the implementation of the «Analyst of regional legislation» automated information system of the «Code» information system was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ibyatov M.M. by videoconferencing.
Prosecutor of the Department for Supervision over the legality of normative legal acts of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Valiakhmetov A.R., principal Specialist of the Judicial Administration of the «Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan» Association Denis Khannanov participated in the meeting.
Head of the Normative Legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal Register Division Garipov R.U. presented the analysis of the use of the «Analyst of regional legislation» AIS system, sending the municipal normative legal acts to the register by the local self-government for August of the current year.
Mukharryam Ibyatov received reports of representatives of Kukmorsky, Muslumovsky, Buinsky districts and gave recommendations to responsible persons regarding the effective application of information system “Code” in law-making.
