Opening of the courses of raising level of skills
On September 26th, 2019, on the basis of the Kazan branch of the Federal State University of Justice, the courses for improving the qualification of the Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan and of the staff its Offices on the theme «Tatar language in legal proceedings» were held.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina, Director of the Kazan branch of the Federal State University of Justice Ramil Sharifullin, Deputy Director Lenat Gumerov and the dean of the faculty for professional development and retraining of judges, state civil servants of the courts Dolotina R.R.
The decision on the need for such courses was taken in pursuance of the decision of the work group on the preparation of measures aimed at expanding the use of the Tatar language in legal proceedings, established by order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan № 2265-p dated 09.09.2017. These advanced training courses are held for the second time.
Sitting judges with large practical experience and qualified professors, doctors and candidates of science will teach a course for improving the qualification. Topical issues of trial in tatar language and issue of the use of tatar language in justice will be highlighted.
