Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on legal affairs

On November 5th, 2019, meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Affairs chaired by the Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin was held in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Expert Council considered and approved following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:

“On changes into the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On accommodation for orphans and children deprived of family care and on changes into the Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On targeted social support for population of the Republic of Tatarstan”;

“On changes into the law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On introduction of patent taxation system on the territory of Republic of Tatarstan”.
