Rendering of free legal aid within All-Russian Day of legal aid for children
On November 20th, 2019, events coincide with All-Russian Day of legal aid for children are planned in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Holding of lectures and seminars on children’s rights protection, custody and child-parents relations and is planned on the territories of municipal districts of the Republic within this event. Rendering of free legal aid is planned for following categories:
-orphans
-children without parental care
-persons belonging to orphans and children without parental care
-persons willing upbringing child without parental care
-adoptive parents
-disabled children and their legal representatives
Juvenile and their legal representatives will be able to get constitutional legal aid on questions of interest orally and in writing.
Representatives of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Bailiff service Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal enforcement of sentence service Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Department of social protection of the Ministry of Labor, Employment and social care of the Republic of Tatarstan in municipal districts, tutorships and guardianship agencies, education agencies, lawyers, notaries and non-commercial organizations socially directed will take part in the event.
