Fifth meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation was held
On November 27th, 2019, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin participated in the meeting of the State Council of the sixth convocation.
Within the meeting Rustem Zagidullin presented to parliamentarians following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan:
“On changes into Articles 3 and 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On register of municipal legislations and regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan. It is offered by the Draft Law to exclude necessity of sending by local self-government bodies acts published on the official portal of the legal information for including in the Register. Staff of the Ministry will include acts in the Register by their own and it will reduce time and labour costs of the staff of local self-government bodies. Now acts for including in the Register are sent to the Ministry by the electronic workflows.
“On changes in separate legal acts”, prepared to address divergences in Republican localities’ names which are contained in Laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on demarcation of territories of Bavlinsky, Verhneuslonsky, Sabinsky districts and in the State catalog of geographic names. Rustem Zagidullin told that opinion of appropriate districts and its citizens’ opinion by surveys was taken into account into in developing of the Draft Law.
As a result of the meeting all draft laws were approved by deputies.
