Meeting with participants of the retreat of the Presidential Council on codification and improvement of civil law
On December 6th, 2019, Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin took part in the work meeting of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan F.H. Mukhametshin with the Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on state building and legislation P.V. Krasheninnikov and the Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Russian Federation on housing policy and housing and communal services G.P. Khovansky who came in Kazan for the participation in the retreat of the Presidential Council on codification and improvement of civil law.
Farid Khairullovich thanked deputies of the Russian Parliament for the effective interaction on the development and improvement of legislation, told to guests about cooperation of Tatarstan Parliament with the regional Parliaments within the Association of legislative (representative) bodies of the Povolzhsky Federal District and on actual questions which are discussed within the Parliament meetings by legislators.
Pavel Krasheninnikov thanked Head of the Republic and Parliament of the Tatarstan for the opportunity of retread of the Presidential Council on codification and improvement of civil law holding and expressed his confidence in mutually beneficial long and efficient cooperation of the Committee of the State Duma with the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Executive secretary of the Presidium of the Association of Lawyers of the Russia I.E. Manylov, the Chairman of the Tatarstan regional branch of the “Association of Lawyers of the Russia” I.Sh. Khalikov, Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Y.Z. Kamaltynov, the Chairman of the Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on legitimacy and rule of law Sh.Sh. Yagudin took part in the meeting.
