Awarding of the winners of the republican competition “The best public servant of the Republic of Tatarstan”
On the December 7th, 2019, ceremony of awarding of the winners of the republican competition “The best public servant of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov gave winners diplomas to 12 public servants of the Republic and among them were Head of the Rendering of free legal aid and planning Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilfat Mingalimov and leading specialist of Department of organizational and legal support of Justices of the Peace Linar Almukhametov.
Rustem Minnikhanov noted that every public servant contributes to development of the Tatarstan and events in the Republic positively impact cohesion of staff and their motivation.
Competition “The best public servant of the Republic of Tatarstan” was held in sixth tine this year. Competition allows not only to make a statement, share experience and to learn new, but competition also became a part of servants’ professional culture.
Competition challenges were divided on several stages – on the first stage personal data and knowledges of legislation of the Russian Federation and Republic of Tatarstan were assessed. Business game was organized to assess professional skills by the method of WorldSkills. On the second stage competitors protected their individual competition projects.
As a result of the successful passage of both stages Ilfat Mingalimov and Linar Almukhametov became winners in the nominations: “Management in the sphere of rule of law, safety of population and territory” and “Legal and staff provision of state bodies activity”.
