Innovations in the legislation in the sphere of local self government

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan informed that Law of the Republic of Tatarstan Number 91-ЗРТ of November 28th, 2019 “On changes into Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On introducing of the patent tax system on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan” (further – Law Number 91-ЗРТ) came into force.
Law Number 91-ЗРТ establishes new level of the potential annual income of individual entrepreneurs who use the patent tax system by types of entrepreneurship and by groups of municipalities.
Enactment of this Law doesn’t require changes into existing municipal laws and regulations.

The event was organized for assistants to justices of the peace, court secretaries and relevant specialists to enhance their professional competencies.

Prospects for developing civilian unmanned aerial vehicle production were discussed at the Ministry of justice of Tatarstan. A project on this topic was presented by Rustem Nigmatzyanov, a winner of the «Batyrlar: Heroes of Tatarstan» program for veterans and participants of the special military operation, assigned to the Ministry.
The Republic of Tatarstan continues to successfully implement a federal project to provide free legal assistance to the public. Since 2021, the region has been designated as a pilot site by the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation for the implementation of the Unified state portal for legal education and free legal assistance (VPRAVE.RF).
It is now possible to find out the status of an application submitted for Public services much faster. Notifications about the progress of the most popular services are sent not only to the portal's personal account, but also to the Public services bot in the Max messenger. It is verified by a blue check mark.
