Innovations in the legislation in the sphere of local self government

Law of the Republic of Tatarstan Number 94-ЗРТ of December 9th, 2019 “On changes into Article 1st of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On accommodation of orphans and children left without parental care and on changes into Article 8th of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On targeted social support for population of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

Law of the Republic of Tatarstan Number 94-ЗРТ establishes the minimal level of the special-purpose accommodation which are provided to orphans and children left without parental care and to persons belonging to orphans and children left without parental care by social rental agreements. The interior space should be no less than 24 squeeze meters. 

Adoption of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan Number 94-ЗРТ requires changes into municipal laws and regulations governing questions on accommodation of orphans and children left without parental care in accordance with the law.
