Seminar-meeting with employees of Magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan
On February 6th, 2020, by the leadership of the Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina seminar-meeting by videoconference with employees of Magistrates of the Republic was held on questions of incomes of administration fines management which are imposed by Magistrates for administrative offenses.
Since January 1st, 2020, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan is the main administrator of incomes of administration fines which are imposed by Magistrates for administrative offenses except administrative fines for the traffic violation, vehicle operating rules and for violations revealed by officials of municipal control.
Nadezhda Ragozina made a welcoming address and told about Ministry work on material and technical and organizational and legal support of Magistrates of the Republic.
Head of the Department of organizational and legal support of Magistrates of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Adelya Badreeva and the senior specialist of the Department of organizational and legal support of Magistrates Natalya Zhyrkova made a reports during the seminar.
Questions on fines administration, functioning of court precincts of Magistrates and disciplinary standards were discussed within the meeting.
