Seminar-meeting on the topic “Practice of the implementation of the automated information system “Code”
Deputy minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov hold a seminar-meeting on the topic “Practice of the implementation of the “Analyst regional legislation” automated information system “Code” by videoconference.
Head of the Devision for the supervisions of the legality of laws and regulations of the Office on supervision of implementation of federal legislation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Valiakhmetov, Principal specialist of the Juridical Administration of the Office of the “Council of municipal formations of the Republic of Tatarstan” Association Akhmetvaleeva A.V., Head of the project “Analyst regional legislation” automated information system “Code” Alexander Starobinetz took part in the event.
Head of the Normative legal Work in the Field of Local Self-Government and the Maintenance of the Municipal register Devision Rauf Garipov reported about implementation of “Analyst regional legislation” automated information system and provision of municipal laws and regulations to the municipal register by local self-government bodies in January, 2020.
Senior Counselor of the legal consulting and methodical support of the local governments Galieva Elena reported about changes on legislation of local self-government.
Within the meeting participants discussed questions on raising of effectiveness of implementation of the information system.
