On this day 106 years ago Valeev Shakir Sharipovich, People’s Commissar of Justice of the TASSR was born, he was chaired the agency from 1946 till 1950. 

Shakir Sharipovich was appointed People’s Commissar of Justice by Decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the TASSR. He became 9th and the last People’s Commissar of Justice and the 1st Minister of Justice of the TASSR after the renaming of the  People’s Commissariat of Justice to the Ministry of Justice of the TASSR.
