9th meeting of the Sate Counsil of the Republic of Tatarstan was held
Today the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin took part in the 9th meeting of the Sate Counsil of the Republic of Tatarstan which was held by videoconference for the first time.
Minister represented to the parliamentarians following draft laws:
“On changes into the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses and into the Article 1st of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On devolution of local self-government bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan with the state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan on determination of the list of officials authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses”;
“On changes into the Article 9th of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan “On Judges of the Peace of the Republic of Tatarstan”.
As a result of the meeting all the draft laws were approved by the assemplyman.
