Results of realization by local self-government bodies of transferred separate powers of state in the 1st quarter of 2020 are summed up
On 29th of April, 2020, deputy minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov hold quarterly meeting on realization by local self-government bodies of transferred separate powers of state of the Republic of Tatarstan with representatives of local self-government by videoconference.
Within the meeting head of the department of territorial organization and control in the sphere of local self-government Gulnara Kasymova told about results of activity of administrative commissions of the Republic and officials of municipal entities authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses.
Head of the department of organization of enforcement procedures of the Office of the Federal Bailiff service of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Ibyatullin took part in the meeting and reported about execution of orders on sentencing by administrative commissions and about procedure of imposing of fines from offenders.
Representatives of administrative commissions from Naberezhnye Chelny city, Menselinsky, Bugulminsky and Nizhnekamsky districts reported within the discussion on rates on imposing of fines.
