Seminar meeting with employees of local self-government bodies
On 30th of April, 2020, deputy minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a seminar meeting by videoconference on the following themes:
“Realization by local self-government bodies of transferred separate powers of state on collection of information from settlements of municipal districts which in needed for maintaining the registry of municipal laws and regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the 1st quarter of the 2020”;
“Practice of the implementation of the automated informational system “Analyst of regional legislation” informational system “Code”.
Head of the department of supervision over the legality of laws and regulations of the Prosecutor Office of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Valiakhetov, deputy executive secretary of the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Assossiation - Head of the legal department Sergey Stolyarov took part in the meeting.
Deputy head of the department of laws and regulations work in the sphere of local self-government and maintenance of the municipal registry Ralya Rakipova released information on application AIS “Analyst of regional legislation” and realization by local self-government bodies of transferred separate powers of state in the 1st quarter of the 2020.
Reports of representatives of Buinsky, Vysokogorsky, Cheremshansky districts were heard as a feedback.
