Information on organisation of the Magistrates activity
Activity of the Magistrates on proceedings of all types of processes is renewed from the 12th of May, 2020.
Admittance of the parties to the proceeding in the building of Justice of the Peace will be made under the following conditions:
-access to the building of Justice of the Peace is 15 minutes before the beginning of the trial in order to avoid a crowd of people, and it is necessary to put a safe distance between them in 1,5-2 metres
-all participants of the trial have to bring the identifying document and court notification (text notification, subpoena) for the entry to the building of of Justice of the Peace
-all participants of the trial have to be wearing a medical mask (respirator) and gloves which are acquired in their own. In case if there is no individual means of protection, participants of the trial cannot be accessed to the building of Justice of the Peace
-visiting the building of Justice of the Peace with symptoms of the COVID-19 and acute viral respiratory illnesses is prohibited
Persons who are not participants of the trial are not accessed to the building of Justice of the Peace.
Moreover, personal receives of citizens and personal receiving of documents, complaints and procedural documents are not provided. To apply for procedural documents it is available to use mail services. Briefing in case materials take place on provisional appointment and lasts 30 minutes period with compliance with the sanitary requirements.
