International Family Day celebration
Since 1994 year in the whole world 15th of May is celebrated as an International Family Day. Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan joined to the extensive action on honouring of professional dynasties which is conducted in order to preservation of essential values of family relations.
There are in our Republic huge amount of lawyer dynasties which representatives work in courts, notary and bar chambers and other juridical spheres, convey the experience, skills and love to the profession from generation to generation.
In this celebration day we want to tell about our colleague- head of the department of registration of laws and regulations and legal provision of the Ministry activity, decent representative of the lawyer dynasty- Slepneva Elmira Ilsurovna.
Members of the Elmira Ilsurovna family are representatives of professional lawyer dynasty for several generations in a row. Her husband- Oleg Slepnev served in the bodies of internal affairs more than 25 years. Their son - Sergey Slepnev- followed them and graduated Law Faculty of the Kazan Federal University and a started to work as a lawyer. Sergey’s grandfather - Jury Vasilyevuch Slepnev- worked in the legal sphere, he started his service in the militia as a usual servant, in 90s he was the first deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic, headed Office of the criminal militia of the Republic and in a consequence he worked in the Tatarstan customs.
Elmira Ilsurovna works in the Ministry of Justice from September, 2001. Under her responsive government and with the direct participation extensive work on registration of departmental laws and regulations is conducted, legal and anti-corruption expertise of draft laws and regulations of the Ministry and of republican executive power bodies which are on the state registration.
For the merits, which significantly affected the development of justice and strengthening the rule of law on the Republic, Elmira Ilsurovna awarded with the honorary title “Distinguished lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan” and noted with the Gratitude of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, commemorative medal “XXVII World summer Olympiad 2013 year in Kazan”, badge “100 years of security bodies of the Russian Federation” and other Letters of thanks of public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Strengthening of the family values and forming of professional dynasties in which knowledges and experience are transferred from generation to generation, is the main goal for the creation of family traditions. So it is important to remember about necessity of their maintaining.
