Round table dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the creation of the magistrates justice of Tatarstan
On the eve of the 20th anniversary of the creation of the magistrates justice of Tatarstan, the all - Russian round table "Problems and prospects of the development of magistrates justice: to the 20th anniversary of the Institute of magistrates in the Russian Federation" was held online, organized by the Ministry of justice together with the Kazan branch of the RSUP.
In November 1999, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan" was adopted, after which the first magistrates of the Republic were appointed in 2000. The 20th anniversary of the creation of the Institute of magistrates justice is a significant date that allows us to celebrate achievements and identify new challenges for further development.
During the opening of the round table, Minister of justice Rustem Zagidullin made a welcoming speech. he spoke about topical issues of development of the Institute of justice of Tatarstan and the work carried out by the Ministry to ensure the activities of magistrates of the Republic. The Minister also noted the effectiveness of the work built together with the Supreme court of the Republic of Tatarstan and The office of the judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan to improve the placement of magistrates, and also thanked the Kazan branch of the RSUP for active interaction with the Ministry of justice and the judicial community.
The event was also made by the Chairman of the judicial Collegium on administrative cases of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Board of judges of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Gafarov, head of the Department of criminal procedural law of GBOWO "Russian state University of justice" by N.V. Radutny Vladimir Kononenko, Professor in the Department of state law disciplines of the Kazan branch of the rgup Midhat Kurmanov and the magistrate court plot №11 at the Novo-Savinovsky judicial district of Kazan Enza Galiullina.
At the end of the event, Rustem Zagidullin noted the staff of the Russian state University of justice with a letter of Thanks for their joint fruitful work.
