Meeting on summarizing the realization of state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan
On July 23, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M. Ibyatov, a meeting was held in videoconference mode on the implementation by local authorities of certain state powers of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred to them.
The event was attended by representatives of municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of administrative commissions of municipal districts and urban districts, officials authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses, bailiffs, as well as responsible for collecting information from settlements that are part of the municipal district, necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The report on the results of the analysis of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials on the results of work in the 1st half of 2020 was made by the head of the Department for territorial organization and control in the field of local self-government of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan G. I. R. U. Garipov, head of the Department of normative legal work in the field of local self - government and maintenance of the municipal register, is responsible for collecting information from settlements that are part of the municipal district necessary for maintaining the register of municipal normative legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the Department of organization of enforcement proceedings of the Federal bailiff service Of the Republic of Tatarstan A. R. Ibyatullin reported on the collection of fines in a compulsory manner.
At the end of the meeting, Deputy Minister of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan M. M. Ibyatov set tasks for organizing joint work with bailiffs in order to reduce the debt on administrative fines.
