Video reception on the realization of notarial actions by authorized officials of local government
Deputy Minister of justice Muharryam Ibyatov today held a video reception on the realization of notarial actions by authorized officials of local self-government for employees of legal services, heads of rural settlements and authorized officials of local administrations of rural settlements authorized to perform notarial actions.
The event was attended by the chief specialist-the expert of Department on control and supervision in the field of advocacy, notary, state registration of acts of civil status Department of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan Albina Gafurova, a senior lawyer of the Notary chamber of Tatarstan Liliya Kamalova, head of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice Maya Pashkova.
During the video reception, answers to questions were given, problematic situations were considered, and practical recommendations were given on the realization of notarial actions.
