Video reception for local government employees
The Deputy Minister of justice Muharram Ibatov online held a reception for employees of local governments on the topic of "Withdrawal of objects of real estate".
The online event was attended by a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic Azat Khisamov, head of Department of legal support of land and property relations of the Ministry of land and property relations of RT Ismakov Islam, head of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of justice Maya Pashkov, Deputy head of Department of legal support of local self-government bodies, and regulatory activities "of the Association "Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan," Farid of Khamatov, chief specialist – expert of the Department of coordination and analysis of activities in the accounting and registration sphere of the Federal service for state registration, cadastre and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Bikchurina.
In the course of the video reception, participants discussed topical issues encountered in practice, in particular regarding the seizure of real estate objects. The responses of representatives of relevant ministries, organizations and the Ministry of justice to questions from municipal employees are supplemented by comments from the representative of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan.
