Deputy Minister of justice Muharryam Ibyatov held an online training seminar for local government employees on the topic "objects under construction: recognition and registration of rights, issues of withdrawal and implementation".
The event was attended by the judge of the Supreme Court of Tatarstan Ayrat Gayanov, head of the Department of real estate state registration of physical persons of management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography on RT of Endzhe Muhametkalieva, head of Department of legal consulting and methodological support of local authorities of the Ministry of the Maya Pashkov.
The seminar discussed the issues of placing objects of incomplete construction on state cadastral registration, registration of ownership rights to these objects, including the procedure for their withdrawal. Municipal employees also got acquainted with the judicial practice in cases of seizure of objects under construction.
