Today, the Ministry of justice held a meeting of the attestation Commission of employees of the magistrates ' offices of the Republic for compliance with the position of the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan.
On the basis of certification 6 certified were found corresponding substitutable positions, 1 certified – the corresponding substitutable positions and recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill a vacant position in order of job growth, as well as 2 certified with corresponding substitutable positions of the civil service, subject to obtaining additional professional education.
Traditionally, Professor of the Department of constitutional and administrative law of Kazan (Volga region) Federal University Anas Gataullin, member of the Council of the Tatarstan regional branch of the all-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" Minfaik Vafin acted as independent experts at the meeting of the Commission.
The conducted attestations help to identify the professional potential and ability levels of employees and are primarily aimed at determining whether a civil servant meets his / her position.
