Results of the attestation Commission meeting
The Ministry of justice held a meeting of the certification Commission for the qualification exam and certification of civil servants of the Ministry of justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
According to the decision of the Attestation Commission, one civil servant passed the qualification exam and was recommended for assignment of a class rank in accordance with the position being filled.
According to voting results, the decision of the Commission 2 certified as in compliance substitutable positions of the civil service, 2 the appraise with corresponding substitutable positions of the state civil service and recommended for inclusion in the personnel reserve to fill the vacant position of the state civil service in the order of official growth.
As independent experts at the meeting of the Commission, traditionally made a member of the Council of the Tatarstan regional branch of the all-Russian public organization "Association of lawyers of Russia" Minfaik Vafin, Professor of the Department of constitutional and administrative law of the Kazan (Volga) Federal University Anas Gataullin.
