Providing free legal assistance during the day of disabled people
Today, in the framework of the international day of disabled people, an event was held online on the Zoom platform providing free legal assistance to disabled people of groups I, II and III, children with disabilities, as well as their representatives undergoing rehabilitation in the state Autonomous social service institution "Center for rehabilitation of disabled people "Ascension".
The event was actively participated by representatives of the Ministry of labour, employment and social protection of RT, Ministry of health of Tatarstan, Federal state institution "Main Bureau of medical-social examination of the Republic of Tatarstan", branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on RT, the State institution – regional branch of Fund of social insurance of the Russian Federation on RT and Advocates chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As a result of the event, 8 citizens applied for free legal assistance on 11 issues.
Most of the issues of citizens concerned social security and pensions. All applicants received free legal assistance in the form of legal advice.
