Meeting of the anti-corruption Commission
Today, the Ministry of justice under the chairmanship of the Minister of justice Zagidullin Rustem took place in this year meeting of the Commission on combating corruption.
The following issues were considered during the Meeting:
about the measures taken to reduce corruption conditions
in the Ministry, including compliance with the requirements of the legislation
on the state civil service when applying for the state civil service, prevention of participation of state civil servants of the Ministry in business activities;
on the implementation of internal financial control and audit over the targeted and effective use of budget funds;
on compliance with the anti-corruption legislation when exercising control over the performance of delegated state powers by local self-government bodies;
on the provision of public services by the Ministry;
about results of the capital (current) repair works carried out in 2020 in buildings of judicial sites of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan;
about application in activity of the Ministry of provisions of methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation
on carrying out in the organizations performing purchases, the work directed
on identification of personal interest of civil servants
at implementation of purchases which leads or can lead
to the conflict of interests.
