Meeting of working groups of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Minister of Justice Rustem Zagidullin held a meeting of the working groups of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues.
The following draft laws were considered during the meeting:
"On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Granting Local Self-Government Bodies of Municipal Districts and Urban Districts State Powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to Provide Services in Specialized Institutions to Persons who are in Public Places in a state of Alcoholic Intoxication and have lost the ability to move Independently or Navigate in the Surrounding Environment»;
"On Amendments to Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Regulation of Certain Issues in the Field of Public Health Protection in the Republic of Tatarstan";
"On Amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Culture";
"On Amendments to Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan
"On State Support for Young Families in Improving Housing Conditions"
"On amendments to article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan
"Minimum consumer budget in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the procedure for determining the subsistence minimum per capita and on the main socio-demographic groups of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan".
