Meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues
Today, a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Justice Ainur Galimov. At the meeting held at the site of the Ministry of Justice, the draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were considered and approved:
- on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan" On Fire Safety";
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On Amendments
in Article 112 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the regulation of certain issues in the field of public Health protection in the Republic of Tatarstan";
- on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Granting Local Self-Government Bodies of Municipal Districts and Urban Districts State Powers of the Republic of Tatarstan to Provide services in Specialized institutions to persons who are in public places under the influence of alcohol and have lost the ability to move independently or navigate in the Environment";
- on the draft Law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the procedure for Determining the value of the Subsistence minimum per Capita and by the main socio-demographic groups of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan";
- on the draft law of the Republic of Tatarstan " On Amendments to Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the Minimum Consumer Budget in the Republic of Tatarstan".
