About updates in the legislation on local self-government
On March 9, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 10-ZRT of March 5, 2021 "On Amendments to Articles 3 and 83 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Targeted Social Support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan"came into force.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 10-ZRT specifies the sources of funding for the implementation of social support measures for single-living non-working owners of residential premises who have reached the age of seventy years and older, as well as owners of residential premises who have reached the age of 70 years and older, living in a family consisting only of cohabiting non-working citizens who have reached the age of 60 and 55 years (men and women, respectively), and (or) non-working disabled people of groups I and (or) II, and also sets the size of social support measures, provided to the specified categories of citizens.
The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 10-ZRT was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on March 9, 2021.
