New legislation
On March 4, 2021, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 3-ZRT of March 3, 2021 "On Amendments to Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Cultural Heritage Objects in the Republic of Tatarstan"came into force.
The amendments reduced the period of consideration by the body for the protection of cultural heritage objects of the Republic of Tatarstan of the draft rules for land use and development prepared in relation to the territories of historical settlements of regional significance from thirty calendar days to seven working days.
In addition, it is additionally established that the term of consideration by the body for the protection of cultural heritage objects of the Republic of Tatarstan of the draft master plan prepared in relation to the territories of historical settlements of regional significance should not exceed seven working days from the date of receipt of the relevant documents from the local government body.
This Law of the Republic of Tatarstan was published on the Official Portal of Legal Information of the Republic of Tatarstan on March 4, 2021.
