Online meeting with local self-government authorities
Today, the Ministry of Justice summed up the results of the work for the first quarter of this year on the application of the AIS "Analyst of Regional Legislation"by local self-government authorities.
Deputy Minister of Justice Muharryam Ibyatov held an online meeting with local authorities on the topic "Practice of using the automated information system" Analyst of Regional Legislation " of the information system "Code". The meeting heard reports from representatives of Yelabuga, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, and Yutazinsky districts.
The event was attended by Almaz Valiakhmetov, Head of the Department for Supervision of the Legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for Supervision of the Implementation of Federal Legislation of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Sergey Stolyarov, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the information system "Code" in rule-making and the effective execution of the transferred state powers.
