The results of the implementation of the state powers of Tatarstan in the first quarter of this year were summed up
Deputy Minister of Justice Muharryam Ibyatov held an online meeting on the results of the implementation by local self-government authority in the first quarter of this year of the individual state powers transferred to them in Tatarstan.
The meeting was attended by representatives of municipalities responsible for organizing the activities of the administrative commissions of municipal districts and city districts and officials authorized to draw up reports on administrative offenses, as well as bailiffs.
During the meeting, the results of the activities of administrative commissions and authorized officials based on the results of work in the first quarter of 2021, as well as information on the collection of fines in a compulsory manner, were announced.
During the discussion of indicators for the collection of fines, information was heard from the administrative commissions of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Aznakaevsky, Bugulminsky, Verkhneuslonsky and Sarmanovsky districts.
The participants of the meeting were tasked with organizing joint work with bailiffs, in order to reduce the debt on administrative fines.
