The final of the competition "Personnel Center" was held
On May 20, 2021, the final stage of the project of the Tatarstan regional branch of the All-Russian Public Organization "Association of Lawyers of Russia" "Personnel Center" was held on the basis of the IT-Park business center.
The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Tatarstan Regional Branch of the Association of Lawyers of Russia Timur Kakoho, Managing Partner of the law firm "Yalilov and Partners" Ainur Yalilov acted as honorary guests and mentors of the competition at the event.
The event began with welcoming words. The contest mentors congratulated the finalists on the successful completion of the selection tests, answered the students ' questions and shared their experience in developing professional activities and personal qualities. The next stage was the solution of legal cases, the execution of tasks in the format of managerial duels according to the system of V. K. Tarasov. Students "fought" with each other in the art of negotiating and achieving their goals, knowledge of the legal framework and the ability to analyze the situation. The contestants also tested new knowledge in practice, exchanged impressions and continued the competition tests in the format of public speeches.
At the end of the event, an award ceremony was held and valuable gifts and certificates were presented to the winners of the competition, who adequately coped with all the tasks, demonstrated a high level of professional knowledge, public speaking skills and logical thinking.
The competition "Personnel Center" has been held among law students since 2018. The aim of the project is to assist in the employment of candidates and prospective members of the Association of Lawyers of Russia - the winners of the competition, who have a high level of knowledge in the field of law, have practical skills used in professional activities, as well as the development of professional competencies.
