Educational seminar on the topic "Working in the information system "Free legal assistance"
Ilfat Mingalimov, head of the Department of Organization of free legal assistance and planning, and Lilia Shakirova, a leading expert of the department, held a еducational seminar with participants of the state system of free legal assistance on the topic "Working in the information system "Free Legal assistance ".
Remind that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated November 2, 2012 No. 73-ZRT "On providing free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan", the executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, their subordinate institutions and lawyers are participants in the state system of free legal assistance.
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 953 of 22.10.2019 approved the Regulation on the information system "Free legal Assistance". One of the main tasks of which is the formation of statistics in the Reporting System about the number of citizens who have received free legal assistance under Law No. 73-ZRT.
During the seminar, the procedure for filling in information in the System and the algorithm for working with the population under the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On providing free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" were considered.
