On call of duty, the dictates of the heart

May 9 is a feast «with tears» on the eyes. For each of us this day personifies the joy and pain, the grief of loss and happiness of Victory.
Pass decades, generations change, but the Victory Day forever inscribed in the heroic annals of our country. Every year is thinning the ranks of participants and witnesses of the tragic events of 1941-1945. Honoring the living, we again and again pay tribute to the memory of the heroes who have fallen in battle, and those who have gone from the life in the post-war years.
In the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstanevery year has a tradition of care for lonely grave- place of burial of the participant of the great Patriotic war, the partisan detachment,the former Deputy Minister of Justice of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet socialist Republic, honored lawyer of RSFSR KhaliullinBayramgaliKhaliullovich.He do not have relatives who would come to him at the grave.On the eve of the Victory Day in the course of years now, this Holy duty shall be performed by employees of the Ministry with gratitude to the Soldier of the great Patriotic.
From B.Kh.Khaliullin's military biography:
Since the early days of World War II participated in the fights of the North-Western Front.
From April 1942 to May 1944 he fought in the active partisan group named after Voroshilov in the connection of partisan detached forces of A.F.Fedorova ,Major General, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, as intelligence agent, the platoon commander, troop commander, the commander of a company, the chief of the staff and commander of the partisan detached forces. He was wounded twice.
Being the troop commander, carried out the most dangerous and risky tasks: personally explode three enemy echelons with troops and military equipment, and took part in explosion of the railway bridge, on his account destroyed hundreds of enemy soldiers and the crushed garrisons.
During the summer of 1943 commanded the group of undermining the enemy echelons on the railroads. Being the specialist in diversions he was recognized among partisans and in the summer of 1943, in the middle of fights on the Kursk Salient on a spur Kovel-Sarni, B.Kh.Khaliullin with his group derailed 53-echelons of Hitler’s Nazis.
The Germans wrote in the newspapers: " In the area of Kovel are not partisans, as simple Russian Ivans aren’t capable of such devilish military stratagem. There are specially trained commandos that were sent from Moscow. "
On account of Khaliullin’s group – dozens of blown-up enemy echelons with troops and military equipment, hundreds of enemy soldiers and the necessary weapon, machine guns and ammunition, got as trophies for partisans.

This year members of council of young lawyers of Tatarstan regional office of Association of lawyers of Russia Ruslan Galiullin and Elena Barabanova took up the baton of the grave care of the Hero of the Great Patriotic War.
Along with all they tidied inside the fence, and brought into cleanliness the monument to the hero. On a clean memorial stone they laid wreathes and flowers. When established stable warm weather, the guys will come to paint the fence.
On the same cemetery is buried the former Minister of Justice of the Tatar ASSR Anas Gabdullovich Tazetdinov - the participant of the labor front.
The guys brought an order on this grave too, thereby rendering assistance to the widow of Anas Gabdullovich, and also laid a wreath and flowers on the grave.
