Meeting of the Board of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan
Today, a meeting of the board of the Ministry "On the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure the activities of magistrates in 2021" was held under the chairmanship of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Zagidullin.
Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gilazov, Chairman of the Council of Judges of the Republic of Tatarstan Roman Gafarov, Head of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Anvar Zakirov and his deputy Andrey Mikhailov, Head of the State Legal Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Glukhova, Director of the Kazan branch of the Russian State University of Justice Ramil Sharifullin took part in the meeting of the Board, Acting Head of the Department of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Tatarstan Ramil Ramazanov, members of the Board and justices of the Peace.
Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan Nadezhda Ragozina made a report "On the work of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan to ensure the activities of magistrates in 2021".
Nadezhda Ragozina raised issues of court informatization, training of magistrates and their staff, and also defined priority areas in the field of ensuring the activities of magistrates.
Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilgiz Gilazov and Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Mikhailov also spoke during the event.
Ilgiz Gilazov in his speech noted the priority areas and problematic issues in the work of the Justice of the peace, including the presence of a high and uneven workload of magistrates.
Andrey Mikhailov noted the effectiveness of the joint work of the Ministry and the Federal Migration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of ensuring the security of court sites.
The event ended with the presentation of Letters of Thanks from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan.
