Meeting of the anti-corruption commission of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan

A meeting of the anti-corruption commission of the minister of justice was held today at the Ministry of justice.

During the meeting, reports were made by both members of the commission and invited heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.

At the meeting of the Commission considered:

results of the Ministry's anti-corruption policy implementation program for 2015-2024 for 9 months of 2021;

results of internal financial control and audit over the targeted and effective use of budget funds;

results of inspections conducted by state financial control authorities;

results of sociological research conducted by the Ministry in 2021;

questions about the provision of public services by the Ministry;

questions about compliance with anti-corruption legislation in the exercise of control over the execution of transferred state powers by local self-government authorities;

questions about capital (current) repair works in the buildings of judicial precincts of magistrates of the republic;

questions about the speeches of the Ministry's representatives in the media on anti-corruption topics;

questions about the participation of the Ministry in the project of the State Procurement Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan for the acceptance of consumables, taking into account the expertise conducted by specialists of manufacturing companies.

During the meeting of the Commission, an analytical review on the implementation of anti-corruption measures in the public authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan and local self-government bodies for the first 9 months of 2021, prepared by the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy, was considered.

The results of the Commission's work in the outgoing year were summed up, as well as tasks for 2022 were set and the Commission's work plan for 2022 was approved.
