Announcement of the start of accepting applications for participation in the republican expert competition
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan announces the acceptance in the period from October 1 to October 30, 2022 of applications for participation in the annual republican competition of experts for independent anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts (the Regulations on the competition as amended by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 03/25/2022 No. 270).
Applications for participation in the competition are accepted in the form approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 943 dated 12/14/2015 (as amended by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 270 dated 03/25/2022).
The application form is located in the section "Anti-corruption", in the subsection "Annual Republican competition of experts for independent and anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts".
Attached to the application are:
a copy of the certificate of an individual (notification) of accreditation as an independent expert authorized to conduct an anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts;
copies of conclusions in the form approved by Order of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation No. 363 dated October 21, 2011, indicating the identified corruption-causing factors and ways to eliminate them, for the period from September 1, 2021 to August 31, 2022. If there is no indication of the corruption factor in the conclusion, as well as a way to eliminate it, such a conclusion is not accepted for consideration;
copies of motivated responses of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state bodies, local self-government bodies of municipalities in the Republic of Tatarstan and their officials based on the results of consideration of conclusions (if any);
certificate of the tax authority on the fulfillment by the taxpayer (payer of the fee, payer of insurance premiums, tax agent) of the obligation to pay taxes, fees, insurance premiums, penalties, fines, interest in the form approved by the Federal Tax Service.

The winners are determined by the competition commission in the period from November 1 to November 20, 2022. The results of the competition within three working days from the date of signing the minutes of the meeting of the competition commission are posted on the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan in the information and telecommunications network "Internet" at: www.minjust.tatarstan.ru .
