Meeting with local self-government authorities
Deputy Minister of Justice Mukharryam Ibyatov held a meeting in video-conference mode with local self-government authorities on the topic "On the results of the work of local self-government authorities for 9 months of 2022 on the execution of state powers to send acts to the municipal register, as well as the use of AIS "Code" in rulemaking".
The event was attended by Anna Zorkina, head of the department for supervision of the legality of regulatory legal acts of the Department for supervision of the execution of federal legislation of the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The head of the Department of regulatory legal work in the field of local self-government and municipal register management, Raliya Garifullina, summed up the results of the work of local self-government bodies on the execution of state powers to collect information necessary for maintaining the register of municipal regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as the use of AIS "Code" for 9 months of this year.
In the feedback mode, reports were heard from representatives of the municipality of Bugulminsky, Yelabuga, Laishevsky and Mendeleevsky districts.
Following the results of the event, the responsible persons were given recommendations on the application of the "Code" information system in rulemaking and the prevention of errors in the execution of state powers.
