Meeting of the expert council of the Interdepartmental coordinating committee on legal issues
Today, the Ministry of Justice chaired by Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin held a meeting of the Expert Council of the Interdepartmental Coordinating Committee on Legal Issues, at which the following draft laws of the Republic of Tatarstan were reviewed and approved:
1) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan
"On Establishing the Boundaries of Territories and the Status of the Municipal Formation "Alkeevsky Municipal District" and Municipalities within It" (developer – the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan);
2) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On granting local Self–government authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan the authority to state registration of acts of civil status" (developer - Office of Civil Registration of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan);
3) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On the regulation of certain issues in the field of gardening and gardening by citizens for their own needs in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer – the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan);
4) "On the implementation of regional state control (supervision) in the field of the technical condition and operation of attractions on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer – the Department for Supervision of the technical condition of self-propelled vehicles and other types of Equipment of the Republic of Tatarstan);
5) "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan
"On providing access to information on the activities of State Bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan and local Self-Government authorities in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developer – Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan);
6) "On amendments to Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On targeted social support of the Population in the Republic of Tatarstan" (developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan).
