Today, the Ministry held a video reception of the heads of rural settlements of the Laishevsky district of the republic.
The event was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Muharryam Ibyatov.
The event was attended by Deputy Head of the Laishevsky municipal district Tatyana Burganova, heads of rural settlements that are part of the Laishevsky municipal district, as well as employees of the Ministry.
Albert Kamalutdinov, Leading Adviser of the Department of Legal Consulting and Methodological Support of Local Self-Government Bodies, informed the participants about the most significant changes in the legislation on local self-government. These changes mainly relate to housing, land legislation, as well as legislation on administrative offenses, in the field of handling animals without owners.
Separately, the issue of the entry into force of the Federal Law of July 14, 2022 No. 304-FZ, according to which changes are made to federal laws on the right of citizens of the Russian Federation to freedom of movement, choice of place of stay and residence within the Russian Federation, on migration registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the Russian Federation.
So, from January 1, 2023, the owners of residential premises have the right to receive address and reference information in relation to persons and foreign citizens registered (registered) at the place of stay or at the place of residence, in the territorial body of the federal executive authority in the field of internal affairs.
During the reception, issues related to sending acts to the municipal register and bringing them in line with the law, as well as the implementation of the delegated state powers to draw up protocols on bringing to administrative responsibility, were also discussed.
