Free legal aid for people with disabilities
Today, the Ministry of Justice of Tatarstan held an event to provide free legal assistance to disabled people of groups I, II and III, as well as disabled children and their representatives. The event is dedicated to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
Representatives of the State Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Health of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Social Labor of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic, the Office of the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan and lawyers answered the questions of residents.
“Various questions come from citizens, and in order to cover the maximum number of people, we invite specialists from various government bodies,” the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan noted.
The main issues that concerned the citizens who applied concerned the provision of medical care at home, the separation of personal accounts for payment of housing and communal services, the problem of distance learning for children and obtaining a state-recognized certificate, the provision of vouchers to sanatoriums for the rehabilitation of disabled children, and the receipt by the disabled of the entire list of benefits established by law. .
