During the month of activity, more than 300 mobilized persons applied to the employees of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan for legal assistance
Representatives of the State State Institution "State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan" continue to receive mobilized citizens on legal issues on a daily basis in places of temporary deployment.
The events are held in close cooperation with representatives of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Bailiff Service, the Notary Chamber, the Bar Chamber, representatives of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, social protection authorities, banking institutions. Such interaction makes it possible to solve not only legal, but also everyday issues on a gratuitous basis and promptly.
The order and time of the receptions meet the interests of the mobilized as much as possible, since they are held after the completion of training and preparatory activities by military personnel, including on weekends and holidays.
Through the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan, 16 appeals of mobilized persons on various issues were sent to law enforcement, regulatory and local self-government bodies with control. At the same time, a number of everyday issues, such as the restoration of lost documents, assistance in processing documents, the provision of humanitarian assistance, payment of wages at the former place of work, receipt of payments due, restoration of lost documents were resolved promptly.
Thanks to the appeal of the representative of the legal bureau to the administration of the enterprise about the inadmissibility of violations of the labor rights of the mobilized, the salary of the driver of one of the enterprises of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra in the amount of 88,000 rubles was fully paid.
After sending the legal bureau information about violations of the law on enforcement proceedings, the bailiffs canceled 2 illegal decisions on the resumption of enforcement proceedings for a total of 700,000 rubles in respect of the mobilized from the Alekseevsky district.
The main issues that concerned citizens concerned the suspension of enforcement proceedings, the provision of credit holidays, benefits to military personnel and their family members, issues of marriage registration, fulfillment of alimony obligations, adoption, medical examination of the mobilized. In total, during the period of activity of the State Legal Bureau of the Republic of Tatarstan, more than 300 mobilized people applied for free legal assistance, some of the issues were resolved promptly.
Legal answers have been given to all the questions received, and the work on providing legal assistance to the mobilized continues.
