Thirty-eighth meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation
Today, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin took part in a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation. During the meeting, the Minister presented two draft laws to the parliamentarians:
The first one provides for amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On establishing the boundaries of territories and the status of the municipal formation "Alkeevsky Municipal District" and municipalities within it", related to the renaming of the village of Sikterme-Khuzangaevo to the village of Sikterme on the basis of an order of the Government of Russia adopted in September this year.
The second one provides for amendments to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On verifying the reliability and completeness of information provided by citizens applying for municipal positions, the position of the head of the local administration under a contract, and persons filling municipal positions, the position of the head of the local administration under a contract" related to the introduction in the republic of the state information system in the field of anti-corruption"Poseidon."
Following the meeting, the draft laws were approved by the deputies.
