Meeting with senior Justices of the Peace of the Republic
Today, under the leadership of Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin, a meeting with senior magistrates was held. The event was dedicated to summing up the work of the magistrates' courts for 2022 and priorities for the next year.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan for Administrative Affairs Eduard Kaminsky, Deputy Minister of Justice Nadezhda Ragozina and heads of structural divisions of the Ministry.
Opening the event, Justice Minister Rustem Zagidullin addressed the participants of the meeting with a welcoming speech. During his speech, the Minister noted the high professionalism of the judges and thanked them for their joint work, which allows them to quickly and successfully resolve emerging issues.
The main report was delivered by Ksenia Martochkina, Head of the Department of Organizational and Legal Support for the Activities of Magistrates of the Ministry. In her speech, she spoke about the work of the Ministry of Justice aimed at introducing an electronic archive system of justice of the peace at the judicial precincts of magistrates of the republic.
"The implementation of this e-justice information service is designed to increase the level of accessibility of justice and the trust of citizens, to achieve maximum transparency of activities while complying with the requirements of personal data protection," Ksenia Vyacheslavovna noted.
As part of the organizational and legal support for the activities of magistrates, the Ministry is working to study the activities of district (city) courts, sections of magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan and to provide them with practical assistance. This year, visits were carried out in 9 districts, methodological assistance was provided to 25 judicial precincts.
The effectiveness of the work of magistrates and employees of the magistrates' offices largely depends on the level of professional training of personnel. On the basis of the Kazan branch of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Russian State University of Justice" in 2022, 40 magistrates of the Republic of Tatarstan and 140 employees of their offices took advanced training courses, 9 newly appointed magistrates underwent professional retraining.
