Electronic justice has been launched at all judicial precincts of magistrates. This is a service that allows citizens and legal entities to apply to the judicial precincts of magistrates in electronic form.
To submit an application in electronic form, you must:
1. log in to the magistrates' portal,
2. click on the "Personal Account" link at the top of the portal,
3. select "Submit a procedural document" in the left menu, then select the method of treatment, and fill in the necessary data,
4. select the magistrate's site, the type of production and other necessary data,
5. select the type of electronic document and send it to the court.
After submitting the documents, you can track their status by going to "My documents".
What documents can be filed in court via the Internet:
•lawsuits;
•counterclaims;
•objections (reviews) to claims;
•applications for the issuance of a court order;
•written petitions;
•other procedural documents.
